Product fabrication:  water jet and CNC cutting

While die cutting is the most common means of fabrication, Southeastern employs a variety of methods for manufacturing custom and irregular parts.  Among the more common are water jet and CNC machining with our reciprocating knife, but also include: hand trimming, routing, grinding, sanding, skiving, sawing and drilling.  For an example of the use of potential complexity of water jet cutting on industrial fabrics, take a look at the 'saw-tooth' shaped industrial seal pictured below.
